The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1326–1330 (P-D-Y-W-H) of human Her3 / ErbB3, conjugated to KLH, and antibodies were subsequently purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated, making it suitable for a wide range of secondary-detection workflows. Each vial contains 50 µl of this polyclonal rabbit IgG reagent, and the antibody is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
