Anti-HER3 Antibody

This rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the HER3 receptor (also called ErbB3), a member of the ErbB/HER receptor tyrosine kinase family implicated in solid tumor signaling. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody, it is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples, where it is used to profile HER3 expression in breast, gastric, and lung cancer tissue, and to study HER2/HER3 heterodimer signaling linked to targeted-therapy resistance. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the ErbB3 intracellular domain, supporting detection of the full-length receptor as well as relevant isoform work in cell-line and patient-derived specimens.
