Anti-HER2 (Ab-877) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an epitope mapping to the Ab-877 region of HER2 (ErbB2/NEU/p185), with the immunogen corresponding to the peptide sequence around amino acids 875–879 (T-E-Y-H-A) of the human protein. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, shipped at 4 °C. For long-term stability, aliquots should be stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The unconjugated product comes in a 50 µL size and is validated for Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000) and Immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
