Anti-HER2 (Ab-1248) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide spanning the sequence around residues 1246–1250 (P-E-Y-L-G) of human HER2 (ErbB2), allowing it to detect endogenous levels of the total HER2 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified by epitope-specific peptide chromatography and supplied in an unconjugated format at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is provided as a 50 µL aliquot, ships at 4 °C, and should be stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples.
