Anti-Hepatocellular Carcinoma Antibody [CHALV1]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody, clone CHALV1, is supplied by Antibodies.com for research use and targets Hepatocellular Carcinoma. It is of the IgG1 isotype and is unconjugated, with reactivity characterised against human samples.

Raised against human liver carcinoma cells, the antibody has been characterised by indirect immunofluorescence for specificity and cross-reactivity. It showed positive reactions with 8 human hepato-cellular carcinoma cell lines and 12 human liver cancer surgical specimens. It did not recognise other human tumour cell lines or solid tumour specimens, and showed negative reactions with all normal human adult tissues and fetal tissues tested.

The reagent is provided lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.0 and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is with double distilled water, and the working concentration is reconstitution dependent.
