Description
From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal [5H4] antibody targets Hepatitis E Virus ORF2 and is validated for ELISA. It is supplied as a lyophilised product and reacts with Human hepatitis E virus.
The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is unconjugated. It was raised against an immunogen consisting of 36 amino acids encoded by the ORF2 region of a Chinese HEV strain, and has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The final concentration is reconstitution dependent.
Shipped at 4°C, the product should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is performed using double distilled water.
