Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 4H5) targets the ORF2 region of human Hepatitis E Virus and is validated for use in ELISA. The host species is Mouse, with an IgG1 isotype, supplied unconjugated and in lyophilised form.
The immunogen is a 36-amino-acid polypeptide encoded by the ORF2 region of a Chinese HEV strain. Purity is achieved through Protein G affinity chromatography, and the antibody concentration is reconstitution dependent.
Storage guidance: shipped at 4°C, then aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
