Anti-Hepatits E Virus ORF2 Antibody [1B6]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the ORF2 region of Hepatitis E Virus. Clone 1B6 is of the IgG2a isotype and is supplied in lyophilised form for reconstitution with double distilled water. The immunogen is a highly antigenic 36-amino-acid polypeptide encoded by the ORF2 region of a Chinese HEV strain, and purification is performed by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The unconjugated reagent is validated for ELISA applications and reacts with Human hepatitis E virus. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
