Anti-Hepatitis C Virus NS4 Antibody [497] - Identical to Thermo (MA1-91550)

Clone 497 is a mouse IgM monoclonal antibody distributed by Antibodies.com that targets the NS4 non-structural protein of Hepatitis C Virus. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a lyophilised 100 µg vial and is validated for ELISA and Western Blot detection of HCV NS4, supporting viral protein characterization, replication-complex studies, and serology research on infected samples.

Reconstitution in sterile buffer is recommended before use; store the lyophilised vial refrigerated and protect from repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For Western Blot, the antibody performs well in standard reducing SDS-PAGE workflows followed by transfer and probing. ELISA plates coated with recombinant NS4 antigen can be developed with HRP-conjugated secondary reagents against the mouse IgM heavy chain.
