Anti-Hepatitis C Virus NS4 Antibody [202]

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal [202] antibody recognises the NS4 protein of Human hepatitis C virus and is validated for ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent is produced in Mouse and is of the IgA isotype, supplied as a lyophilised product requiring reconstitution with double distilled water. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The antibody was raised against purified recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein (555 amino acid residues) and binds synthetic NS-4a protein (residues 1689-1735 on HCV polyprotein) as well as recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein (60 kDa). It does not recognise recombinant core protein C and envelope protein M (residues 1-142), synthetic core protein C (residues 1-61), recombinant NS-3 protein (residues 1252-1477) or synthetic NS-3 protein (residues 1378-1458).

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is reconstitution dependent.
