Anti-Hepatitis C Virus NS3 Antibody [328]

Mouse monoclonal [328] antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Hepatitis C Virus NS3 and validated for ELISA and WB applications. The IgG1 isotype antibody is unconjugated and supplied in lyophilised form, to be reconstituted with double distilled water.

The immunogen was a purified recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein (555 amino acid residues). By specificity, the antibody recognises recombinant NS-3 (residues 1252-1477 on the HCV polyprotein) and a recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein at 60 kDa. It does not cross-react with recombinant core protein C + envelope protein M (residues 1-142), synthetic core protein C (residues 1-61), synthetic NS-3 (residues 1378-1458) or synthetic NS-4a protein (residues 1689-1735).

The reagent is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated lyophilised from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reconstitution dependent.
