Anti-Hepatitis C Virus NS3 Antibody [1-5]

This mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody targets the NS3 non-structural protein of Human Hepatitis C Virus, a multifunctional serine protease and RNA helicase essential for viral polyprotein processing and genome replication. Clone designation [1-5] was raised against recombinant HCV NS3 and is provided by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent for immunological research.

Validated for ELISA and Western Blot (WB) workflows, the antibody supports direct detection of NS3 in infected cell lysates, recombinant protein preparations, and viral antigen screening assays.
