Anti-Heparin-binding growth factor 2 Antibody

Polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Heparin-binding growth factor 2 (HBGF-2), also known as basic fibroblast growth factor (FGF2/bFGF). HBGF-2 is a mitogenic member of the FGF growth factor family implicated in angiogenesis, stem-cell maintenance, neuronal development, and wound healing, so this reagent is commonly selected to study endogenous FGF2 expression in mouse models of tumor vascularization, tissue regeneration, and developmental biology.

Supplied unconjugated at 100 µg per vial, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on mouse samples. It is used on whole-cell or tissue lysates for immunoblotting and on fixed tissue sections for IHC-based localization of endogenous HBGF-2.
