Anti-HEN1/2 (A79) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody for the detection of HEN1, supplied unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and recognises endogenous levels of both HEN1 and HEN2 protein.

The antibody was raised in Rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of Human HEN1. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa.
