Anti-Hemoglobin (Hb) Antibody

From the Antibodies.com primary antibodies portfolio, this Anti-Hemoglobin (Hb) Antibody is supplied as a 1 mg unit of DEAE-purified monoclonal antibody in unconjugated form, raised in a mouse host and of the IgG1 isotype. It targets human Hemoglobin (also referred to as Hb, including the alpha-globin, beta-globin, HBA1 and HBB subunits) and is validated for use in ELISA applications. Reported analytical sensitivity is below 30 ng/ml, and the antibody is reported to show no cross-reactivity with hemoglobin derived from pig, cow, goat, sheep, horse, chicken, or rabbit. The protein is supplied as an ion-exchange/DEAE-purified monoclonal preparation with purity greater than 95%, formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 50 mM NaCl. Shipping is performed at 4°C; for short-term use the vial should be kept at 4°C, while long-term storage is recommended at -20°C in aliquots, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
