Anti-Hemoglobin (Hb) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody to Hemoglobin (Hb) supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG1 reagent. The antibody is designated for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use, targets Hemoglobin, and is validated for ELISA, with Lateral Flow also listed among its applications. It is purified by ion exchange chromatography to a stated purity of over 95%.

The product is formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 8.0 with 50 mM NaCl. Specificity is directed against human hemoglobin, and cross-reactivity testing shows no reactivity with hemoglobin from pig, cow, goat, sheep, horse, chicken, or rabbit. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; for short-term storage it can be kept at 4°C, while long-term storage should be at -20°C in aliquots to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
