Anti-HELLS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the HELLS protein and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, where it detects endogenous levels of HELLS protein.

It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). The immunogen used to generate the antibody was recombinant full-length Human HELLS, and the antiserum was affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 91 kDa.
