Anti-HELLS Antibody

Polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and unconjugated for flexible use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation across human, mouse, and rat samples. Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity purified.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 719–838 of human Lsh/HELLS (NP_060533.2), and the target migrates at approximately 120 kDa. The reagent is KO validated, with 3 scientific images supporting the data. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IP.
