Anti-Helicobacter pylori Antibody

This unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as a purified primary reagent, recognises Helicobacter pylori and is validated for ELISA use. The immunogen used was purified H. pylori, and the antibody is reported as specific to H. pylori. According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the clone carries an IgG1 isotype.

Purity is stated to exceed 95 % by SDS-PAGE, with the product formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.0. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; for short-term storage it should be kept at 4 °C, while long-term storage requires aliquoting and storage at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
