Anti-HECTD2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognizes HECTD2 (HECT Domain E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 2), a cytosolic E3 ubiquitin ligase that participates in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. HECTD2 has been studied in the context of macrophage responses to intracellular bacterial infection and antigen processing, where western blot (WB) detection of endogenous human HECTD2 supports expression analysis across cultured cell lines and primary tissue lysates. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antisera and is validated for WB application under standard reducing conditions. For handling, store refrigerated at 4 °C for short-term use; aliquot the antibody and freeze for longer-term storage to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the preparation.
