Anti-HEATR1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antisera raised against human HEATR1 are validated for Western blotting of whole-cell lysates derived from human, mouse, and rat origin. HEATR1 (HEAT Repeat Containing 1), also annotated as UTP10 and BAP28, is a nucleolar factor required for the maturation of 18S ribosomal RNA and assembly of the 40S small ribosomal subunit; loss-of-function studies have linked this protein to ribosomopathy phenotypes and to control of p53-dependent stress signaling. The unconjugated Ig fraction is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.2 supplemented with 15 mM sodium azide as a microbial preservative.
