Vigilin, encoded by the HDLBP gene, is a cytoplasmic high-density lipoprotein binding protein implicated in intracellular lipid transport, cholesterol homeostasis, and sterol-mediated mRNA stabilization in mammalian cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against HDLBP and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human and mouse specimens, supporting studies of apolipoprotein particle handling, hepatocyte lipid metabolism, and dysregulated lipid-related gene expression in tumor and tissue contexts. Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal reagent; aliquot upon first use and store refrigerated to preserve activity across repeated immunoblotting and chromogenic tissue staining runs.
