HDGFRP2 (hepatoma-derived growth factor-related protein 2) is a PWWP-domain chromatin regulator implicated in transcription-coupled nucleosome remodeling and DNA damage response pathways. The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against recombinant human HDGFRP2 and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human specimens.
Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, supplied unconjugated for flexible reporter conjugation. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on HDGFRP2, supporting consistent signal in denaturing Western blot applications and fixed-section immunohistochemistry workflows. The 50% glycerol cryoprotectant permits storage at -20 °C and minimizes freeze-thaw damage during routine use.
Recommended usage begins with small aliquots prepared upon first thaw to preserve activity across multiple experiments. Intended for research use only in studies of chromatin biology, transcription regulation, and HDGFRP2-associated cellular signaling.
