Anti-HDGF Antibody - Identical to Thermo (PA5-92411)

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises HDGF and is unconjugated. Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human HDGF (NP_004485.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. This reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
