Anti-HDGF Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF), a 38 kDa nuclear mitogen that is overexpressed in several cancers and is widely studied as a prognostic biomarker. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, with lot-specific concentration reported on the vial. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) at 1:500–1:2,000, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) at 1:50–1:200, and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) at 1:50–1:200, and it has been tested on human samples with reactivity also reported against mouse and rat tissue. The immunogen corresponds to a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1–240 of human HDGF (NP_004485.1). For research use only, the antibody should be stored refrigerated for short-term use and frozen at –20 °C in aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles, as recommended on the Antibodies.com product datasheet.
