The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent targets Hepatoma-Derived Growth Factor (HDGF), a nuclear, heparin-binding protein involved in cell proliferation, chromatin remodelling, and transcriptional repression. Raised in Rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl vial, this primary antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human samples, making it well suited to studies of HDGF expression in liver, lung, and gastrointestinal tissues where the factor is frequently elevated in disease states.

As an unconjugated primary reagent, the antibody is intended to be paired with user-selected HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondaries for chromogenic or fluorescence detection in fixed cells and paraffin or cryosectioned tissue. For best stability, aliquot upon arrival, refrigerate working stocks, and limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the frozen stock; long-term storage at -20 °C is standard for the immunoglobulin. Researchers working on hepatocellular proliferation, neurodevelopmental signalling, or HDGF-related tumour prognosis can use this reagent to probe both endogenous protein abundance and subcellular localisation across WB, IHC, and IF workflows.
