Anti-HDAC8 (phospho S39) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab195057)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HDAC8 phosphorylated at Ser39. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S39 of human HDAC8 and is affinity purified.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and should be shipped at 4°C, aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
