Anti-HDAC8 (K33) Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets HDAC8 at the K33 region. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 2–45 of Human HDAC8. The antibody detects endogenous levels of HDAC8 protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.
