Anti-HDAC8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against HDAC8, supplied as a primary antibody for research use. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The antibody is produced in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, rat and monkey samples. It was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from human HDAC8 around the non-phosphorylation site of S39, and detects endogenous levels of HDAC8 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.

The product is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product listing includes 2 scientific images.
