Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HDAC8 using recombinant full-length human HDAC8 as the immunogen. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody detects endogenous levels of HDAC8 protein and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the reagent has a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and recognises HDAC8 with a molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa.
