Raised in rabbit against the C-terminal region of human HDAC7, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets histone deacetylase 7, a class IIa chromatin-modifying enzyme implicated in transcriptional repression, smooth-muscle and cardiac differentiation, and T-cell signaling. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of liquid and has been validated for Western blot on lysates from human, mouse, and rat cells, as well as for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed tissue sections, supporting reproducible work in chromatin-remodeling and gene-expression studies.
