Anti-HDAC7 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against HDAC7 and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human and mouse samples.

It was produced using a synthesized peptide derived from human HDAC7 as the immunogen and is reported to detect endogenous levels of total HDAC7 protein. The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
