Anti-HDAC7 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HDAC7, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–600 of human HDAC7 and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100.
