Anti-HDAC6 (H1203) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HDAC6, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blotting, IHC and IF applications. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human HDAC6 and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of HDAC6 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Reported molecular weights for HDAC6 are approximately 131 and 160 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
