Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to HDAC6, supplied by Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. The unconjugated reagent was raised against recombinant full-length human HDAC6 and detects endogenous levels of the HDAC6 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
Affinity purification against an epitope-specific immunogen yields a preparation of greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and recognises a band of approximately 135 kDa corresponding to HDAC6. 3 scientific validation images accompany the reagent.
