Anti-HDAC5 (phospho S498) Antibody

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100, with isotype IgG and concentration described as Lot Specific.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S498 of human HDAC5 (NP_005465.2), with reported immunogen sequence TQSSP. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The reported molecular weight is 140 kDa.
