Anti-HDAC5 (P492) Antibody

It is supplied unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF, applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 460-512 of human HDAC5. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of HDAC5 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 121 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
