Anti-HDAC4 (phospho-S632) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HDAC4 when phosphorylated at Serine 632. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Its immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HDAC4 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 632. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of HDAC4 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser632. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~119 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
