Anti-HDAC4 (phospho S632) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and specific for HDAC4 phosphorylated at Ser632. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S632 of human HDAC4. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 140 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

Validation includes a Western blot image of extracts from 293 cells, performed with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000 dilution, lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane, and 3% BSA used as blocking buffer. The product is intended for research use only.
