Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HDAC4. It is unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 600-650 of human HDAC4. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HDAC4 protein. It has a molecular weight of approximately 119 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
