The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL, prepared in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is provided in an unconjugated form suitable for direct detection workflows. It was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the human HDAC4 sequence flanking the non-phosphorylation site at Ser632, and the immunogen was used for affinity-chromatographic purification from rabbit antiserum, enabling detection of endogenous HDAC4 levels in validated samples.
