Anti-HDAC4 Antibody

The antibody has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Manufacturer product information states that the antibody detects endogenous levels of total HDAC4 protein and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
