Anti-HDAC4 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody to HDAC4 available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of HDAC4 protein.

The antibody was raised in rabbit against recombinant full length Human HDAC4 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. SDS-PAGE analysis indicates a purity greater than 95%, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 119 kDa.
