Anti-HDAC4 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets HDAC4, a class IIa histone deacetylase that shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm and modulates transcription through lysine deacetylation of chromatin and non-histone substrates. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated as IgG in a 200 µl volume, the reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows against human, mouse, and rat samples.

HDAC4 participates in skeletal muscle differentiation, chondrocyte and osteoblast biology, cardiac hypertrophy signaling, neuronal survival pathways, and glucose homeostasis, supporting signal-transduction studies and target validation in cancer, cardiac remodeling, and neuroscience research.
