Anti-HDAC4 (Ab-632) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around amino acids 630–634 (A-Q-S-S-P) of human histone deacetylase 4 (HDAC4, also known as HD4 or KIAA0288). It detects the endogenous level of total HDAC4 protein and has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For routine handling the vial can be kept at 4 °C, while long-term storage should be at −20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve binding activity.
