Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting HDAC3. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human HDAC3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HDAC3 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The supplied product is liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
