Anti-HDAC3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to HDAC3 supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 319–428 of human HDAC3 (O15379) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported target molecular weight of 49 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF; concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
