Anti-HDAC2 (D388) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets HDAC2 at the D388 epitope and is classified as a primary antibody. It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) work, supplied unconjugated, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 356-400 of Human HDAC2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HDAC2 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation is reported at > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, with a target molecular weight of ~ 60 kDa.
