Anti-HDAC2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to HDAC2, offered as an unconjugated IgG from Antibodies.com's range of primary antibodies. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP), with five scientific validation images available, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 390 to the C-terminus of human HDAC2 (NP_001518.3) and is affinity purified. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target HDAC2 has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and IP: 1:50-1:200. The lot-specific concentration is provided per batch.
