Anti-HDAC11 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HDAC11 (also known as HD11). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid product prepared by affinity purification, with a reported molecular weight of 39 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 270-347 of human HDAC11 (NP_079103.2). The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000.
